Q. How do I access my pay statement online?
A. You can access your online pay statement by clicking on the “Employee Login” above or by entering this URL. https://www.atsprintfreedom.com from any PC with internet access. Once you have reached the “Print Freedom” site, here is how you access your online pay statement.
1. Enter your access ID, user name and password as specified below.
2. Select “MyPayStub”. (You may need Adobe Reader to view your pay stub. To download a free copy go to http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html and follow the installation steps.)
3. A list of pay statements will appear by pay date. Select the pay date needed to display your data.
Q. What is my access ID, user name and password?
A. Your access ID: xxxxx (Your employer will give you this code).
Username: first name and last name (example, Mary R. Smith would be entered as marysmith. John J. Jones Sr. would be entered as johnjones. Don’t enter you middle name or initial). The user name is not case sensitive.
Password: xxxx (initial password is the last 4 digits of your SSN). You will be prompted to change your password when you login for the first time. The password must be a minimum of 7 characters with at least one numeric digit. The password is case sensitive. Write down your new password and store it in a safe place. Also enter your email address under “Update My Email”. If you forget your password a new password can be emailed to you.
Q. Why do I want to view my pay information online?
A. You can view, print and e-mail your pay statement 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You can view your pay statement early, 1-2 days prior to every payday.
Pay history is available for loan applications, financial transactions or agencies requesting wage verification.
Electronic delivery of confidential pay information is convenient, secure, cost effective and is more environmentally friendly than using paper pay statements
Q. What do I do if I forget my password?
A. You can “click-on” the “Forgot Password?” function in the top right hand corner of the ATS Print Freedom logon page. Once selected, you will be able to enter your Access ID and Username and a new password will be emailed to you.
Q. What do I do if I can’t get to my pay information online?
A. If you have problems accessing your online pay statement, be sure to review the online instructions carefully, then try again. If you are still having trouble, contact your supervisor or the payroll department at your company.
